As a Headteacher I have worked with Naila for approximately 3 years in her capacity as a professional coach.
The work I have engaged Naila in has been for a variety of reasons and for a range of colleagues. These have included:
- Development of whole school mission statement and vision – all stakeholders were involved.
- Professional development coaching – moving from Requiring Improvement to Good and from Good to Outstanding.
- Personal and Professional coaching for a range of colleagues.
- Personal, Professional coaching for me as HT.
The impact of Naila’s work within my school has proved to be dramatic.
Our whole school community speak with one voice and I believe that every person employed in my school is now here for the right reason – CHILDREN!
The impact in terms of 1:1 coaching has moved several people on in terms of their practice and as a direct result our children and families are provided with service and education of high quality.
Personally, I invested in Naila in preparation for inspection.
Naila always works to the highest standard and with strict confidentiality. As a result I will continue to work with her in the future.
