Naila came highly recommended to us through the Bradford Primary Improvement Partnership. We are a school constantly striving for success and were looking for a way to further develop our senior leaders. We hired Naila to provide coaching to our staff on both a team and an individual basis.
Naila has enabled our leaders to identify the unique qualities and motivators of different people in their teams, empowering them to build more productive relationships and to lead their teams more effectively. During one-to-one sessions, Naila asks challenging questions which enable people to find the root of a problem or barrier and then to identify a solution or course of action to overcome it. She is also able to explore historical issues, which have shaped our leadership styles (for better or worse) and build upon these to improve our leadership capacity and impact. Naila is able to do this by the copious amount of trust she builds with you beforehand and she ensures the journeys she takes you on, are essential to your growth and development despite how challenging they may be.
Her work with St John’s has in no doubt greatly improved performance – our staff and school continue to enjoy extremely positive outcomes.
