Naila is very highly skilled in terms of her coaching skills. She is able to develop a close and trusting relationship with groups of people, which is the foundation for successful coaching. Naila works very skilfully and she allowed our team to explore issues and generate our own possible solutions. Her questioning skills are exceptional and she uses a precision model that allowed us to think about what we perceive and how that could be the block getting in the way of us moving forward. Naila asked questions that really made us think. She did not judge or impose her own ideas and thinking. She empowered the team to positively come up with our own solutions.
Naila worked with our team extremely effectively and efficiently and through her bespoke sessions, was very focused on helping us to achieve our goals. Her communication skills are exceptional and she listens to understand and to promote understanding. Naila also developed the self-confidence of the members of the team and allowed us to deal with relationships and get the best out of each other without compromising.
As a result of the work with Naila, there has been a marked improvement in terms of holding others to account and ensuring that leaders are performing to the best of their abilities.
What is our return on the investment?
The school has been successful in terms of gaining an outstanding grading by a local authority review in January 2015. We had been judged as good previously in an OFSTED in January 2013. The school has been successful in securing outstanding outcomes for the children.
Without a shadow of doubt Naila’s work with the school has been part of this success and we would strongly recommend Naila. We have been so impressed with Naila’s work that the Head and Deputy Heads have undertaken some professional coaching training to continue to work with our staff at the school. We are of course not as good as Naila!
