Pupils are renowned for making outstanding progress in relation to their starting point, facilitated by close monitoring of teaching and clear targets for staff. Continual improvements to the quality of teaching is a top priority for the senior leadership team.

Allerton has always invested in the support and development of its staff. Having met the School Business Manager through a coaching session at an Aspiring Business Manager’s Event, I was enlisted to increase the team’s confidence and nurture their aspirations.

My Approach

As a school with an already impressive performance, I provided one-to-one coaching that would focus on bringing out the best in staff. These sessions challenged teachers to look at their direction and future plans, enabling them to identify and pursue personal goals.

By getting to know Allerton’s staff and creating a positive environment, I helped each person find their own solutions, to remove barriers to progress and tackle concerns head on. In doing so, my coaching was designed to have a lasting impact on the school and its staff.

The Results

Touch Move Inspire Create made a difference to Allerton Primary School by giving staff the confidence they needed to pursue and fulfil their ambitions – both in the workplace and beyond.

By establishing their goals, staff were able to achieve a better work-life balance, enhancing their performance and motivation in the workplace. The school has achieved noticeable gains in employee wellbeing and satisfaction, which has positively impacted productivity and outcomes for children.
