Naila is the equivalent of personal training; but for your career. If you care about your career health and want to give yourself the best chance of achieving your goals in life, book in with her.
Naila is so insightful that she identified my limiting beliefs and values within the first half hour of speaking to her. I didn’t even know they existed until she spotted them but then it all clicked into place. She rubbished the limiting beliefs that have been holding me back and then gave me the psychological tools to ensure that I get the best from life, going forward.
Since having sessions with Naila I have felt a weight lift off of my shoulders. Friends have noticed my newfound excitement and enthusiasm in my career and life in general. Relatives have also commented on my increasing confidence with dealing with work related problems.
Self-awareness, I believe is the key to success, and Naila will give you this.
What I found most valuable was Naila’s early recognition of a belief that stems from my upbringing, in which I had been taught not to challenge other people’s views and to avoid conflict.
I have been experiencing some dramatic career and lifestyle changes in the last few months; it was in these few months that I met Naila. Naila has given me hope and excitement about my career and where I could go with it. People have noticed changes about me and have mentioned that I am excited and am enjoying life more than ever. A relative also commented on the difference in the way I handle conflict at work now compared with before.
What is different for me now is I am able to powerfully challenge underperformance at work. Before I met Naila, in order to avoid conflict, I may have made the decision to allow colleagues to continue to behave in an unprofessional manner. Particularly as I am self-employed as a locum and my work contracts are temporary. I had a situation at work recently and using Naila’s insights, I recognised that underperformance was an important problem not to be overlooked. I am managing a business and striving to deliver a high standard of care and service to my clients. I need everyone to be on board for me to be able to do this successfully.
Naila addressed the fundamental beliefs that have been limiting my performance in all aspects of life. She gave me an insight into the tools I need to ensure that I do not allow past interpretations to form set beliefs that negatively impact my performance and relationships in the present and the future. She also identified that I have not been ‘my true self’ in past jobs and relationships. This is mainly because I did not have the confidence or belief that I was ‘good enough’ and also because of a belief that it is ‘better to avoid conflict’.
Naila showed me the importance of being myself when I look for new contracts and when I am working in an organisation and how my beliefs and values need to be aligned with the organisation for which I work for, in order for me to a) be happy and b) perform well and grow.
